• Is NOT a licensed mental health professional
• Is NOT a counselor or therapist
• Cannot and will not provide therapy, diagnosis, treatment, or mental health advice

Support provided includes:

• Technical assistance with tracking system
• Feedback on tool functionality

Support does NOT include:

• Therapeutic intervention
• Medical advice or diagnosis
• Treatment planning
• Crisis counseling
• Clinical supervision

Service Terms

Pricing: $49.99/month with 60-day free trial

Users acknowledge:

• You are responsible for your own mental health care and treatment
• SanctumTools support is limited to technical assistance
• You will maintain regular professional mental health care if needed
• You will use crisis services (988, emergency room) for emergencies, NOT SanctumTools support
• Full User Agreement will be provided upon signup and must be accepted before using the service

Limitations of Liability

By using SanctumTools, you agree:

• You understand this is a self-help tool, not professional care
• You will not rely on SanctumTools for medical advice or crisis intervention
• You release SanctumTools and Melanie Lynn Kertley from any liability related to your use of the tool
• You are responsible for your own mental health care decisions
